DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy (“Policy”) applies to the website (“site” or “service”) and any related products and services (collectively referred to as the “service”), and outlines the website operator (“Operator”, “us”, “us” or “our”) handles notices of copyright infringement and how you (“you” or “your”) file a complaint of copyright infringement.

Intellectual property protection is very important to us, and we require users and their authorized agents to do the same. Our policy is to promptly respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the 1998 “United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act” (“DMCA”), the content of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website.

Things to consider before filing a copyright complaint

Before submitting a copyright complaint to us, please consider whether the use can be considered fair use. Fair use regulations, in some cases, for criticism, news reporting, teaching and research purposes, short excerpts of copyrighted materials can be quoted verbatim without the permission or payment of the copyright owner. If you think it is reasonable to use, but still want to continue to file a copyright complaint, you may need to contact the relevant user first to see if the issue can be resolved directly with the user.

Please note that if you are not sure whether the reported material is indeed infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before submitting a notice to us.

We may share a copy of your notice or counter-notification with a third party at our own discretion or as required by law. This may include sharing information with account holders engaged in allegedly infringing activities or postings. If you are worried that your information will be forwarded, you may wish to use an agent to report infringing material for you.

Infringement notice

If you are the copyright owner or its agent, and you believe that any material available on our services infringes your copyright, then you can submit a written notice of copyright infringement (“Notice”) in accordance with the DMCA using the following contact information. All such notifications must comply with the requirements of the DMCA. You can refer to the DMCA delete notice generator or other similar services to avoid errors and ensure that your notice is complied with.

Filing a DMCA complaint is the beginning of a pre-defined legal process. Your complaint will be reviewed for accuracy, validity and completeness. If your complaint meets these requirements, our response may include deleting or restricting access to the allegedly infringing material and permanently terminating the account of the repeat infringer. Before we take any action, we may also ask us to decide on our own to issue a court order by a court with jurisdiction.

If we delete or restrict access to the material or terminate the account due to a notice of alleged infringement, we will do our best to contact the affected user to obtain information about the deletion or restriction of access, which may include your notice (including your Name, address, phone and email address).

Although any part of this policy contains any provisions to the contrary, the operator reserves the right not to take any action after receiving the DMCA copyright infringement notice if it fails to comply with all the requirements of such notices of DMCA.

The process described in this policy does not limit our ability to take any other remedial measures in response to alleged infringement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this policy or its terms related to the website and services at any time, effective since the updated version of this policy is posted on the website. After completion, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of the page.
